Glass casting

Inspired by a recent trip to Lyme Regis for the fossil festival, I decided to continue the theme creating some glass fossils. I am blown away by the results I got!

Rough videos, but couldn't wait to share!

Hatfield House

One of our complete beginners classes

Had an amazing 4 days teaching Zentangle at the Living Crafts at Hatfield House. It was an amazing experience for both myself and my partner in tangling Lucy Farran CZT.
Still time to join our beginners course. Give yourself the gift of time and some self care.
Non representational, no expectations, just focus on the pen, Anything is possible one stroke at a stroke at a time. No erasers or rulers.... no mistakes, just new opportunities!

What you are saying.....

Loved the session this morning, The timing was just right not rushed and neither too slow. You explained everything clearly so we could tangle without having to interrupt you.I love the session and it, for me, is a perfect start to the week. Thank you once again Mary.

Thank you very much indeed for what was a most enjoyable and inspiring first session. The links with mindfulness, meditation and gratitude are particularly apt for the present moment. It is so lovely to be able to create a small haven of calm amid the current 'perfect storm'

Thank you for Friday's session. The gentle pace and time for slowing down whilst still moving hands to draw is so therapeutic. It seems such a beautiful practice and I look forward to the next session
